President's Message

Welcome to the Monrovia Police Officers' Association (MPOA) Website - our community based bulletin board.

This site was designed with keeping in tradition of a police officer’s “briefing.”

Police Officers begin each shift with a “briefing” where timely relevant information is exchanged from one shift to another. Briefings are intended to be both informative and a time for officers to share information and ideas both professional and sometimes personal for all who attend.

The MPOA wants to pass this tradition on to not only the community we have partnered with, since 1949, but to anyone interested in day to day activities of our association. Our goal is to share timely information, both professional and on occasion personal, in an effort to better serve the citizens of Monrovia and to give you insight to the MPOA.

The Monrovia Police Officers' Association believes information is power, and by keeping you informed about issues that affect you, we are empowering you to protect yourself and to help us provide a high degree of professional law enforcement service.

Best regards,

Adam Villalobos
